1. Who

Felt is an app by RS Website Studio, the sole-trader business of Rob Swagten (KvK 70949654, Titiaanstraat 28-2, 1077 RH Amsterdam, the Netherlands, hello@robswagten.com). "We" means Rob.

2. What Felt is

Felt is a place to look calmly at what keeps returning in your life, and to sit with it. The app asks questions, offers practices and points to sources, and keeps what you write so you can come back to it.

3. What Felt is not

Felt is not therapy and not a replacement for a doctor, a psychologist or any other professional. Felt does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything. If you have complaints you need help with, see your GP.

Felt is not for a crisis. In danger, call 112. If you are thinking about suicide, 113 Zelfmoordpreventie is free, anonymous and open day and night on 0800-0113 or at 113.nl. The app cannot hold a moment like that. A person can.

4. The AI

The questions you get back are written by an AI (Claude, by Anthropic). There is no person on the other side. What the AI says can be wrong, can miss the point, and can sound more certain than it has any right to. Nothing the app says is a finding about who you are. What you do with it is yours to decide.

5. Who may use Felt

You must be 18 or older. Your account is yours alone; do not share your sign-in details.

6. What you write stays yours

What you write or say in Felt is and stays yours. We use it only to make the app work for you, and during the test only in the ways you separately said yes to. How exactly is in the privacy policy.

7. Liability

Felt is made with care, but without a guarantee that the app always works, is free of errors or suits you. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by relying on the app's content or by the app being temporarily unavailable. This limits nothing the law gives you as a consumer in any case, and it does not apply to intent or gross negligence on our part.

8. The test and after

Felt is in a test phase. Features may change, disappear or not work for a while. If a paid version comes, you hear about it in advance, and you never pay without choosing to yourself.

9. Stopping

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app (Account → Delete my account). We may end an account in case of misuse, or if Felt stops; you then hear about it at least 30 days in advance, so you can download your data first.

10. Changes

If these terms change, you see it in the app before it takes effect.

11. Law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you have a complaint, email hello@robswagten.com first; we will work it out together.
